Construction Debris Removal · Bryan–College Station

Construction and renovation debris, hauled off the job

Renovation waste, lumber, drywall, flooring, cabinets and jobsite cleanup, for homeowners mid-remodel and contractors alike.

The kitchen remodel is done except for one thing: the pile in the driveway. Old cabinets, a stack of drywall scraps, torn-out flooring and a dozen contractor bags. The city won't take it at the curb, and there's no room left for a dumpster. ME3 Junk Solutions loads it and hauls it away.

This is for homeowners in the middle of a project, and for contractors and remodelers who need the site clear without pulling a crew off the work. Small jobs and final cleanups both fit.

What this covers

  • Renovation and remodel waste
  • Lumber, drywall, flooring and old cabinets
  • Jobsite cleanup and final haul-off
  • Concrete, dirt, brick, tile, roofing and masonry are quoted separately by weight and handling

The city curb won't take remodel waste

Most people find this out after the pile is already at the curb. Bryan's brush and bulky service won't take leftover construction and demolition materials from landscaping, remodeling, sidewalk or driveway projects. College Station doesn't collect commercial construction and demolition debris. It does let residents put small debris they made themselves in the garbage cart, or take it to Twin Oaks.

In Burleson County, the county collection stations take residential waste only. Shingles, sheetrock, PVC and siding are all turned away there.

Light debris and heavy debris are priced differently

Lumber, cabinets, carpet, trim and bagged scraps are light for their size. They're priced by how much room they take in the trailer, like any other load.

Concrete, dirt, brick, tile, roofing and masonry are another story. A small pile of broken tile can weigh more than a room of furniture. That material is quoted separately, by weight and handling, never by volume alone. Heavy drywall falls in the same group. Tell us what's in the pile when you send photos, and you'll get a price that matches what's really there. More on the pricing page.

For contractors and remodelers

Your crew should be building, not loading a trailer. ME3 Junk Solutions can do a haul-off mid-project when the pile gets in the way, and a final cleanup at the end. A W-9 and Certificate of Insurance are available for vendor setup, and before-and-after photos are available when you need them for a client.

Repeat contractor work is set up through junk removal for contractors.

Homeowners doing their own remodel get the same service. Whether it's one bathroom or a whole kitchen, the pile is priced the same way, and it doesn't matter who swung the hammer.

Getting the pile ready

A little sorting saves money. Keep the heavy stuff, like tile, brick and concrete, in its own pile, away from the lumber and cabinets. That way the light material is priced by space and only the heavy part is quoted by weight.

Pull or bend over nails where you can, bag loose scraps, and keep the pile off the street. Bryan's trash cart can't hold construction or demolition debris, dirt, sod or rock, so a cart stuffed with remodel waste is likely to be left behind.

Haul-off or a roll-off?

A dumpster makes sense on a long job with steady waste. It's a poor fit when the waste is a single pile, the driveway is short, or the HOA frowns on a container out front. In Caldwell, the city is the only roll-off provider unless another company registers with it. A city permit is required, and containers have to be gone within 30 days after the project ends.

Haul-off means the crew loads it and leaves. Nothing sits in the driveway for weeks, nobody on your crew spends the afternoon tossing scraps over a steel wall, and you only pay for the pile that's there. There's a fuller comparison in junk removal vs dumpster rental.

If you haul it yourself

Twin Oaks Landfill is the one out in Anderson, in Grimes County. Before you load old timbers or a pile of drywall, check what it accepts and what it charges on the Twin Oaks Landfill website. Tie the load down for the drive.

Where renovation waste goes and how it gets sorted is covered in where renovation debris goes. With ME3 Junk Solutions, reusable materials go to reuse when practical, and the rest is disposed of responsibly.

Questions

Construction debris removal: questions

Can you haul construction debris in the middle of a remodel, not just at the end?
Yes. A mid-project haul-off clears the driveway so work can keep going. Text photos of the pile when it's ready.
Do you take old cabinets and countertops from a kitchen remodel?
Yes. Cabinets are light for their size. Stone countertops are heavy, so they're quoted separately by weight and handling.
Should construction debris be bagged before pickup?
Loose scraps, nails and drywall dust are easier and safer to load bagged. Big pieces like cabinets and lumber can stay as they are.
