Material Delivery · Bryan–College Station

Mulch, soil, gravel and rock delivered where you need it

Mulch, topsoil, gravel, sand, compost, fill dirt and landscape rock delivered for homeowners, landlords, property managers and contractors.

The new flower beds are dug, the borders are in, and now they're empty. A few bags from the store won't come close. You need a real load of mulch or soil, and you don't own anything that can carry it. ME3 Junk Solutions brings it to you.

This is for homeowners finishing a yard project, landlords sprucing up a rental before it lists, property managers keeping up common areas, and contractors who need material on site. Deliveries go throughout Bryan, College Station, Caldwell, Hearne, Navasota and the communities around them.

What this covers

  • Mulch
  • Topsoil and compost
  • Gravel, sand and landscape rock
  • Fill dirt

What you can get delivered

ME3 Junk Solutions delivers mulch, topsoil, gravel, sand, compost, fill dirt, landscape rock and other bulk materials. Each one does a different job, so start with the job. Mulch tops off beds. Topsoil and compost build up a planting area. Fill dirt fills holes and low spots. Gravel, sand and rock are for paths, drainage and base work.

Not sure whether a project needs topsoil or fill? Topsoil vs fill dirt covers the difference.

Plan the amount before you call

Measure the area first: length and width of each bed or path, in feet. Then decide how deep the material should be. Depth matters more than people expect, and it's the number most often guessed wrong.

For mulch, Texas A&M AgriLife Extension says a layer of coarse mulch three or more inches deep helps with weed control. It also says not to pile mulch against tree trunks, because that invites disease and pests. Bring your measurements and the depth you want, and the math to figure the order is in how much mulch do I need.

Which material does which job

Picking the right material saves a second delivery. Here's the plain version.

  • Mulch: the top layer on beds and around trees. Holds water in the soil and keeps weeds down.
  • Topsoil: for building up beds, filling in thin spots and leveling a lawn.
  • Compost: mixed into beds and gardens to improve the soil you have.
  • Fill dirt: for filling holes and low spots where nothing needs to grow.
  • Sand: for leveling under pavers and some base work.
  • Gravel and landscape rock: for paths, drainage areas, driveways and borders.

Pick the spot for the pile

Bulk material usually comes as a pile, so decide where it should go before delivery day. A driveway or a flat spot near the beds is usually best. Put down a tarp if you don't want soil or mulch on the concrete.

Tell us about anything in the way: a low branch, overhead wires, a narrow gate, soft ground after rain, or a septic field. Those details help get the load where you want it without damage to the yard.

Once it lands, spread mulch and soil soon, so the pile doesn't smother the grass under it. A wheelbarrow, a flat shovel and a rake will do most jobs. On a big project, plan to spread it over a couple of days, and keep a tarp handy in case rain moves in.

How delivery is quoted

For a price, call or text the material you want, roughly how much, and the address. If you've measured the beds, send the numbers too, along with the depth you have in mind and where the pile should go. You'll get a price before anything is loaded.

Bigger projects, like a new lawn, a long drainage path or a rental's whole front yard, may need more than one load or more than one material. List everything you need in one message, and the delivery can be planned as a whole instead of piece by piece.

Clear the old, then bring the new

A lot of yard projects start with a mess: dead shrubs, old landscape timbers, a pile of limbs, broken edging. ME3 Junk Solutions can haul that off first through yard debris removal, so the beds are ready when the new material shows up. If you're out past Bryan, see junk removal in Hearne for that part of the service area.

“ME III is a great company to work with and very affordable. They hauled away all the extra stuff cluttering my garage, and now I finally have room to clean and organize the rest. Communication was excellent — quick to respond to messages and even flexible with the start time when I became available earlier than scheduled. I'll definitely be recommending ME III to friends who need haul-off work done!”
