How it works

The rules we price by

  • $150 minimum pickup.
  • Standard household loads are priced by the space they take in the trailer. Dense material — concrete, dirt, brick, tile, roofing, masonry, heavy drywall — is never priced by volume alone; it's quoted separately by weight and handling.
  • A full 16–16.5 cubic-yard load targets about $900. Heavy, difficult, urgent, or specialty loads can run past $900–$1,200.
  • Remote quotes from photos or video are realistic ranges. The firm price is confirmed once the scope is known.
  • Once scope and price are confirmed, the price does not go up unless you add material or change the agreed scope.
  • Smaller budget? ME3 adjusts the scope, not the value of the same work.
  • Stairs, long carries, tight access, and disassembly can add to the price. That's settled before work starts, not after.
  • Standard service area is about 40 miles from Bryan–College Station. Beyond that, travel pricing applies.
  • Loading, hauling, and responsible disposal are included.
