Quotes and booking
- Can you give me a price from photos?
- For most small and medium jobs, yes. Text photos or a short video and you'll get a realistic range. Big, heavy or unclear jobs get walked first, and every job gets one firm price before anything is loaded. Cost details are on the pricing page.
- How fast can you come?
- Text photos and where you are. You'll get a range and the next available window back. We don't promise a time we can't hold.
- Do I have to carry everything out to the curb?
- No. If you'd like to stage it at the curb or driveway yourself, that's ME3 Express. With Full Service you gather it in one spot and we do the lifting; with White Glove we take it from anywhere on the property, stairs included.
- How do I book?
- Call or text (214) 699-7855, or use the quote form. Photos make everything faster.
What we take
- Do you take appliances and mattresses?
- Yes — refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, mattresses, and box springs, subject to disposal requirements, which can add cost. More on appliance removal and furniture removal.
- Do you handle heavy stuff like safes, hot tubs, and pianos?
- Yes, under ME3 Specialty. Those get a starting price or an on-site quote, because access and weight decide the work. See light demolition.
- Do you tear down sheds, decks or fences?
- Yes. Sheds, playsets, fences, decks, hot tubs, cabinets and interior tear-outs fall under light demolition: we take it down, load it and haul it off.
- Do you deliver mulch, topsoil or gravel?
- Yes. ME3 Junk Solutions delivers mulch, topsoil, gravel, sand, compost, fill dirt and landscape rock. Details are on the material delivery page.
- Do you donate what you can?
- When practical, yes. We never promise every usable item is donated, and donation doesn't change the price.
- Where do the local rules for bulky trash and the landfill live?
- Each city and county does it differently. The Brazos Valley disposal guide covers curbside pickup, the Twin Oaks landfill and household hazardous waste, with links to each official source.
Where we work
- Where do you go?
- About 40 miles around Bryan–College Station is the standard area. That covers 13 towns in Brazos, Burleson, Grimes and Robertson counties, each with its own page under service areas. Farther out, travel pricing applies.
- Will you go past the 40-mile area?
- Sometimes. Extended jobs are taken when the size, schedule and travel make sense, and they're priced with travel included. Send the job and you'll get a straight answer.
