ME3 Junk Solutions

Terms of service

These terms cover work performed by ME3 TX LLC, operating as ME3 Junk Solutions, for customers in Bryan–College Station and across the Brazos Valley.

Last updated September 9, 2026

This page describes how ME3 actually runs a job — quoting, scheduling, access, payment and what happens if something goes wrong. It is written in plain language, not legal drafting, and it is not legal advice.

What we do

We remove and haul away junk, and we clear out garages, properties, storage units, estates and move-outs, residential and commercial. We supply the truck, the trailer, the labor and the disposal. You do not need to move anything to the curb first, and you do not need to be the one lifting it.

Booking a job

Call, text or send the form. Asking for a quote is not a booking and does not commit you to anything. A job is booked when we have agreed the scope and the price with you and you have told us to go ahead.

Quotes are estimates until we see the job

A price given from photos, video or a description is a realistic range, not a final number — we are estimating volume from an image. Large, heavy, complex or unclear jobs get walked in person before we give a firm price. Either way you get one clear price before anything is loaded, and there is a $150 minimum on any pickup.

When the price can change

Same scope, same price. The price only moves if you add material, change what you asked for, or the job turns out to be materially different from what was described — access blocked, far more volume, or dense material that has to be priced by weight rather than by the space it takes. If that happens we stop and talk to you about it before we load, not afterwards on the invoice.

Dense and heavy material

Concrete, dirt, brick, tile, roofing, masonry and heavy drywall are not priced by volume the way household junk is. They are quoted separately by weight and handling, because the disposal cost works differently. Tell us if a load has any of it in it and we will price it properly the first time.

Scheduling, and changing a booking

You get an arrival window when you get your price, and we tell you if anything moves. If you need to reschedule or cancel, call or text as early as you can — we would far rather move a job than turn up to one that is not ready.

Access, and pointing out what goes

You are responsible for safe, legal access to what is being removed — gates unlocked, vehicles moved, pets secured, and the right to have the items taken in the first place. Please point out what is going before we start, or mark it clearly. If something is not clearly identified as ours to take, we will leave it and ask rather than guess.

What we cannot take

Some material cannot go into a general haul-off load for legal and disposal reasons — hazardous material, chemicals, solvents, asbestos and similar. If you are unsure whether something qualifies, ask us before the day rather than on it. If there is something in the load we cannot accept, we will tell you before the job, not on the invoice, and we will point you at where it does go.

Where it ends up

We haul material to the appropriate facility. Where it is practical, usable items go to donation or reuse. That is an effort we make, not a guarantee we can give on any particular item, and it does not change what a job costs.

Payment

Payment is due when the work is complete unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Commercial and recurring accounts can be invoiced, and a W-9 and Certificate of Insurance are available for vendor onboarding.

Insurance, and where our responsibility ends

ME3 is insured and we are careful with your property. What we are not responsible for is damage that was already there when we arrived, problems with the property or its contents that were not disclosed before the job, or loss of something that was in the load because it was not pointed out as staying. If we do damage something, tell us — that is what the insurance is for, and we would rather hear it from you directly and immediately.

Photos of the work

We photograph jobs and some of those photos appear on this site and on our social media. We do not publish anything that identifies you or your address, and we obscure details like license plates and house numbers before anything goes up. If you would rather we did not photograph your job at all, say so when you book and we will not.

If something goes wrong

Call or text Eddie directly. This is a family-operated business and the owner answers the phone — there is no ticket queue and no call center between you and the person responsible for the job.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the business changes. The version on this page is the current one, and the date above it moves when it changes.
