This page describes what this website and this business actually do with your information. It was written against the quote form and the code that handles it, not from a template. It is not legal advice.
What you send us through the quote form
The form asks for six things: your name, the service you need, your phone number, your email address, your city, and a description of the job. All six are required — the form won't submit without them, because a quote can't be given without them. There is also one hidden field you never see and should never fill in; it exists to catch spam bots, and a submission that fills it is discarded.
Photos
You cannot upload photos on this site. There is no upload field and no image is ever sent to this server. When we ask for photos of a job, we ask you to text them — so they arrive as an ordinary text message and live on the phones involved and with your carrier, not here.
What the site records automatically
If you arrive from an ad or a campaign link, the site reads the campaign tags off that link — utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content, and the gclid and fbclid click identifiers — and keeps them in your browser's session storage for that visit. When you submit the form those tags go with it, along with the page you submitted from and the page that referred you. That is how we know which ad or listing produced a job. First touch wins, nothing survives closing the tab, and none of it identifies you unless you choose to submit the form.
Who else handles it
Three service providers, each doing one job. A customer relationship manager receives every quote request and holds the lead until it is closed or deleted. An email delivery service sends the same request to us as an email, so a lead is never lost if one route fails. Our hosting provider runs the site and reports aggregate traffic and page-speed figures. Each can see what you submitted because handling it is the service they provide. None of them pay for your information, and none of them get it for their own marketing.
Maps
The service-area map draws its tiles from OpenStreetMap. When a page with a map loads, your browser requests those tiles directly, so OpenStreetMap sees your IP address the way any site you visit does. We send them nothing about you.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising cookies. There is no Google Tag Manager, no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel and no third-party ad tracker anywhere on it. The only thing stored in your browser is the campaign-tag entry described above, in session storage, which your browser clears when you close the tab. The traffic and speed measurement our host provides is aggregate and cookieless — it does not build a profile of you or follow you to other sites.
Why we use it
To call or text you back, to price the job, to schedule it, and to know which advertising is worth paying for. Nothing else.
Calls and text messages
If you call or text, your number and the conversation sit where any phone conversation sits — on the phones involved and with your mobile carrier. We use them to answer you about your job.
How long we keep it
A quote request stays in the customer relationship manager and in our email until it is deleted. We do not run a fixed deletion schedule, and we would rather say so than publish a retention period we do not actually enforce. Ask us to remove your information and we remove it.
Getting your information deleted
Email or call and say so. We delete the lead record and the emails carrying it, and confirm when it is done. You do not have to give a reason, and it does not affect a job already booked.
What we don't do
We do not sell your information. We do not share it so another business can market to you. We do not run ad-retargeting pixels. And we do not claim compliance with the GDPR or the California privacy statutes — those carry obligations this business has not taken on, and claiming them would be worth less than saying nothing.
Changes to this policy
If what we collect or who handles it changes, this page changes with it and the date above moves. The version here is the current one.
